Eteach is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant in London. This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility with occasional HQ visits in Bracknell and a salary of £40,000–£50,000 per year plus commission.

You will lead relationships with multi-academy trusts, education partners, and large school networks to deliver talent solutions. You will craft proposals, manage a robust pipeline, and drive growth through renewals, upselling and cross-selling, while engaging senior stakeholders across the education

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consultative B2B/B2C sales in education recruitment or SaaS.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases.
