Planning Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a renowned practice on bespoke prime residential projects. You will deliver technical design and coordinate information across architects, consultants and contractors in a hybrid London-based role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, strong technical delivery, and proven experience in high-end residential schemes. Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ UK architectural experience.
• Strong technical and construction-stage experience.
• Experience delivering high-end / prime residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes.
• Coordinate design information with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Respond to RFIs and resolve technical issues with contractors.
• Mentor junior staff and support knowledge transfer.
