Job summary

MADE Careers is partnering with a renowned London architecture and interior design studio to hire a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist. You will lead technical development across hospitality and lifestyle projects, from concept through to completion, mentoring colleagues and upholding high technical standards.

Working with Directors and the design team, you’ll coordinate Revit models, construction information, and Stage 3–5 delivery, while ensuring compliance with UK Building

Qualifications

• Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with UK practice experience.
• Strong track record delivering hospitality/hotel interior projects.
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit and producing construction information.
• Experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of hospitality, hotel and interior architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Produce and coordinate high quality Revit models and construction information.
• Lead Stage 3 and Stage 4 technical delivery across multiple live projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage technical reviews and resolve coordination challenges during delivery.
• Lead site meetings, support RFIs and project handover; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Directors to maintain high technical standards and develop standards.

We're working with an award winning architecture and interior design studio who are looking to hire a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join its London team.

Working across a portfolio of beautifully crafted hospitality and lifestyle projects, you'll take a leading role in the technical delivery of complex schemes from concept through to completion. Collaborating closely with Directors, interior designers, consultants and contractors, you'll help transform ambitious design concepts into exceptional built environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect or technologist who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others and delivering beautifully detailed work within a collaborative, design led studio.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors and wider design team, you'll lead the technical development and coordination of multiple projects across all stages.

You'll be responsible for producing and overseeing high quality technical information, coordinating consultants and contractors, maintaining design integrity throughout delivery and ensuring projects are delivered on programme and to the highest technical standard.

Alongside project delivery, you'll mentor junior team members, contribute to technical best practice and help shape the continued development of the studio's technical standards and processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist within a UK architecture or interior architecture practice
• Strong experience delivering hospitality, hotel or design-led commercial interior projects
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Strong Revit skills are essential
• Experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 3 - 5
• Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and technical delivery
