Tarrant Howl is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join the London practice and contribute to award-winning bespoke residential projects. You will work with Directors and Project Architects to develop detailed technical information from planning to construction, crafting bespoke details and coordinating design across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
• Experience in a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Experience preparing technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience producing specifications (NBS Chorus advantageous).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in high-end residential architecture is desirable.

We're working with an award-winning architectural practice renowned for delivering exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects for discerning private clients. Combining outstanding design with technical excellence, the practice has built a reputation for creating bespoke homes where craftsmanship, detailing and build quality are paramount.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with strong technical ability to join their highly collaborative team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of London's finest bespoke residential projects, developing complex technical solutions from planning through to construction.

Working closely with the Directors and Project Architects, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality technical information, developing bespoke construction details and coordinating technical design throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would particularly suit someone who genuinely enjoys construction technology and takes pride in producing elegant, practical detailing rather than relying on standard solutions.

About You
