Planning Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a renowned practice on bespoke prime residential projects. You will deliver technical design and coordinate information across architects, consultants and contractors in a hybrid London-based role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, strong technical delivery, and proven experience in high-end residential schemes. Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS is essential.

Responsibilities

Senior Architectural Technologist – Prime Residential

My client is an established architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end projects across the UK and internationally.

They are seeking an experiencedSenior Architectural Technologistto join their London team, working onbespoke private residential projectsalongside a broad consultant team.

The Role

You will play a key role in the technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, coordinating design information and working closely with architects, consultants and contractors.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
• Proven experience deliveringhigh-end / prime residential projects.
• Advanced knowledge ofRevit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Strong understanding ofUK Building Regulations, detailing, specifications and technical compliance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Confident working with contractors, responding to RFIs and resolving technical issues.
• Experience withrefurbishment, extensions, listed or historic buildingswould be advantageous.
• Knowledge ofbuilding fabric, thermal upgrades and retrofitdesirable.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• CIAT membershipor progression towards chartership advantageous.
