Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the technical delivery of projects from concept to completion, with initial focus on healthcare. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are technically sound and delivered to the highest standards.

You will mentor a wider project team, coordinate across all RIBA stages, and oversee the production of drawings, specifications, schedules and reports while supporting

Qualifications

• Must be Associate Member of CIAT (ACIAT) or working towards MCIAT accreditation.
• Bachelor's/BSc or equivalent in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND.
• CSCS card holders or willing to obtain one immediately.
• Experience leading projects and project teams in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, schedules, and reports; manage project budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with planning, Building Regulations and QA procedures.
• Travel to other offices as required.
