Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Senior Technologist in London to lead a small team on multiple on-site projects, from brief to completion. You will write specifications, manage client relationships and act as a technical authority across varied sectors.

Applicants should have 5+ years UK experience, strong Revit skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, and experience with NBS Chorus. Hybrid working is offered with potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UK experience in architecture/technologies roles.
• CIAT Chartership (beneficial).
• Portfolio showing large-scale project delivery.
• Ability to lead design teams and coordinate with consultants.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and UK construction methods.
• Experience with RIBA delivery stages and on-site experience (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team while supervising several on-site projects.
• Write full specifications and manage client relationships through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other consultants to ensure efficient delivery.
• Develop proposals for technical delivery stages and manage design production information.
• Advise on materials specification and detailed design solutions.
• Manage project fees, invoicing and financial performance.
• Contribute to new business development.
