Job summary

Conrad Consulting is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist for their Manchester office. The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent, with at least eight years UK-based post-qualification experience.

You will lead the front-end studio, mentor junior staff, and coordinate large-scale Industrial and Commercial projects. Applicants should be skilled in client-facing delivery, with REVIT and AutoCAD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Architectural Degree Qualification (Architectural Technology or similar).
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification UK-based experience.
• Experience in Industrial and Commercial design sectors.
• Experience in client-facing situations.
• Team-management experience with mentoring duties.
• REVIT and AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design team on large-scale Industrial and Commercial schemes.
• Front-end studio leadership and coordination with in-house design & technical teams.
• Manage client-facing communications and project running to ensure quality delivery.
