Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Leeds (LS6) is partnering with an award-winning architectural practice to recruit an Architectural Technician / Technologist. You will join a collaborative team delivering detailed technical drawings and planning packages for residential schemes.

The role focuses on RIBA work stages 3-6, requires 3–5 years UK experience, proficiency in Revit, and good knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Hybrid working and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• CIAT member or aspiring CIAT member.
• 3–5 years' experience in a UK Architectural Practice.
• Experience producing technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Proficiency in Revit highly desirable; CAD skills essential.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing.
• Residential project experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enthusiastic and keen to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Deliver projects across residential sectors and other sectors.
• Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawing packages.
• Collaborate with Architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Support project delivery through RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Ensure technical documentation meets high standards and timelines.
• Coordinate consultant information and project documentation.
• Contribute to design development and problem solving throughout lifecycles.
