Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to lead a Leeds studio’s education portfolio. You’ll own technical delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive projects from concept through to completion.

Applicants should have ARB/CIAT status, 5+ years PQE on UK education schemes, with strong Revit/BIM expertise, leadership and client management capabilities. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect (ARB) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT) with UK registration.
• Around 5+ years post-qualification experience delivering education projects.
• Strong knowledge of DfE standards and education design principles.
• Excellent technical knowledge with RIBA Stages 3-6 and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of education projects from design development to completion.
• Develop coordinated technical solutions and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk and change control for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client, consultant and contractor engagement.
