Job summary
Conrad Consulting are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a Sheffield studio renowned for delivering high-quality projects across education, healthcare and industry. You will lead technical design, coordinate consultants and develop detailed packages from concept through to construction.

Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- MCIAT or working towards chartered status advantageous.
- Strong experience across all RIBA Stages and technical delivery.
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience on medium to large-scale projects, Education/Healthcare/R&D/Industrial desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, coordination and delivery across RIBA stages.
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical information and packages.
- Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Take ownership of technical packages from concept through to completion.
