Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the technical delivery and coordination across all RIBA stages, working with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure high standards of design quality, compliance and buildability.

You will produce detailed technical information, manage programmes and mentor junior team members within a collaborative, on-site team.

Qualifications

• CIAT membership or willingness to work towards accreditation.
• Proven experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong technical detailing, specification and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within healthcare, education, residential, blue light or related sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

An established architectural practice with a strong reputation across the public and private sectors is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Greater Manchester.

The practice delivers a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, offering the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes from concept through to completion.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the technical delivery and coordination of projects across all RIBA stages. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll help ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design quality, compliance and buildability.
