Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Bolton is assisting a respected multidisciplinary practice to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist to deliver across education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors.

You will produce and coordinate high‑quality technical information from early design stages through to construction, ensuring compliance, accuracy and buildability while collaborating with architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree/HNC/HND)
• Strong technical experience within an architectural or construction environment
• Solid understanding of UK construction methods and regulations
• Skilled in Revit and technical drawing production

Senior Architectural Technologist Bolton

A respected, award winning multidisciplinary practice in Bolton is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of projects across multiple sectors : Education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors. You ll work closely with architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors as part of an integrated technical team.

The Role

You ll help produce and coordinate high quality technical information from early design stages through to construction, ensuring compliance, accuracy and buildability across a varied project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical drawings, details, specifications and schedules.
