Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks an Architectural Technician (Commercial) in Stockport to lead technical design and co-ordination across RIBA stages, preparing tender docs and liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver buildable, compliant projects.

This established practice works on healthcare, education and residential schemes across the UK, offering continued development, a strong technical focus and a collaborative team environment. Mon–Fri, 37.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Background within Architecture with experience in technical delivery and coordination.
• CIAT membership (or willingness to work towards), plus up-to-date H&S knowledge (RIBA H&S / CSCS).

Responsibilities

• Technical design leadership and coordination across all RIBA work stages.
• Prepare tender applications, presentations and contract documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to drive delivery and buildability.
• Maintain quality standards, processes and best practice across project work.

Stockport (Commutable from: Manchester, Didsbury, Cheadle, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Altrincham, Hyde, Ashton-under-Lyne)

Are you an Architectural Technician or similar looking for a technically challenging role where you can take real ownership across RIBA stages and continue developing within a respected, established practice?

Due to continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to add an additional Architectural Technologist to support their expanding workload.

In this role you will lead technical design and coordination, producing tender and contract documentation, and working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver compliant, detailed and well-coordinated projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential and blue light.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician with strong technical detailing and coordination experience, looking to take on more responsibility, work on a diverse project portfolio and continue developing within a stable, well-regarded practice.
