Qualifications
- 10+ years of UK architectural experience with strong technical and construction-stage delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, detailing and specifications.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Experience with refurbishment, extensions or historic buildings is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes and ensure design information is coordinated.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors to resolve issues and respond to RFIs.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical learning within the team.
