Job summary

Locri Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Technologist for a leading London architecture practice focused on high-end residential projects. You will contribute to technical design, delivery and coordination, ensuring construction information is accurate and aligned with UK Building Regulations.

You will lead technical packages, review project information, and mentor junior team members within a collaborative project team, driving quality and technical excellence across schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical design within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Experience with technical detailing and construction information.

Responsibilities

I’m currently working with an established London architecture practice that is expanding its team and looking to speak with an experienced Senior Technologist.

The role sits within a project team working on high-end residential projects, with a strong focus on technical design, coordination and delivery.

I’m particularly interested in speaking with Technologists who have experience across:

• Technical delivery within a UK architectural practice
• Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS
• Technical detailing and construction information
• UK Building Regulations and technical compliance
• Refurbishment, adaptation and extension of existing buildings
• Consultant and multidisciplinary team coordination
• Contractor, RFI and site experience
• Leading technical packages and reviewing project information
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

This would suit a technically focused individual who enjoys being involved in the detail, coordination and delivery of projects, and who wants to take responsibility for technical work within a collaborative project team.
