Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist for their Wrexham office. You will lead projects from inception through to completion, delivering technically focused drawings using Revit and coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused drawings and construction details using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a technical office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.
