Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Wrexham. You will lead a variety of healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential projects from inception through to completion, with values from £250k to £15 million.

Produce high-quality technical drawings with Revit, liaise with clients, contractors and authorities, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative office offering hybrid working and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experience independently running projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in practice.
• Strong Revit knowledge and detailing ability.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.

Project Architect - Overview

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Project Architect - Requirements

• Experience independently running projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit
