Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Architect in Wrexham to lead and manage a range of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will produce detailed Revit drawings and work across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary up to £55,000, with a supportive team and strong progression opportunities within a long-established practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Experience leading projects independently from inception to completion.
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
• Produce high-quality drawings and construction details using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and support in a collaborative office environment.

Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.

Project Architect - Overview

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Project Architect - Requirements

• Experience independently running projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit
