Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist in the Wrexham area. You will lead architectural projects end-to-end, delivering technically driven drawings in a Revit-based environment for healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a strong focus on mentoring junior staff and long-term progression within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Experience independently running projects.
• Post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
• Produce high‑quality technical drawings and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities during project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects valued from £250k to £15m.
• Mentor junior team members within a multidisciplinary office.

Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.
