Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Bolton is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support delivery across education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage projects. You will work with architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors in an integrated technical team.

You will produce and coordinate high quality technical information from early design stages through to construction, ensuring compliance, accuracy and buildability across a varied project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree/HNC/HND).
• Strong technical experience within an architectural or construction environment.
• Solid understanding of UK construction methods and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and technical drawing production.
• Detail driven, organised and able to work independently and in a team.
• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation is advantageous.

A respected, award winning multidisciplinary practice in Bolton is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of projects across multiple sectors : Education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors. You ll work closely with architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors as part of an integrated technical team.

The Role
