Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician on a 6-month contract to join a nationally-renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy.

The role focuses on delivering architectural design solutions, managing costs, and leading design & technical reviews within a diverse project team. Candidates should have at least five years of architectural/technical experience, be proficient in REVIT, and have advanced RIBA Stage 4 detailing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural or Technical role.
• REVIT proficiency – Essential.
• Exceptional high-level technical skills – RIBA Stage 4 detailing.
• Experience on large, complex projects (e.g., custodial, life sciences, power or defence).
• SC clearance, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is important.

Job description

Senior Architectural Technician (Contract) required to join a nationally-renowned, multi-disciplinary consultancy in an important role as part of their core Technical team.

This is an initial 6-month contract role, with the likelihood of this being extended further or even being made permanent.

The Senior Architectural Technician will be accountable for the following:

• Providing Architectural Design Services and producing exceptional Architectural solutions.
• General project management/costing.
• Overseeing Design & Technical reviews.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to delivery buildable and safe solutions.

We are looking for someone to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural or Technical role.
• REVIT proficiency - Essential.
• Have exceptional, high-level Technical skills - RIBA Stage 4 detailing.
• Large, complex project experience e.g. custodial, life sciences, power or defence sectors
• SC clearance, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is important.
