Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for a contract opportunity in the UK. Location is Flexible / Hybrid Working Available, with a rate of £29.50 per hour.

You will lead technical architectural information across multiple projects in Defence, Nuclear, Power and Life Sciences sectors. You will collaborate with Architects, Technologists, Engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality, BIM-enabled documentation and buildable design solutions, while applying BIM Level

Qualifications

• Experience as Architectural Technologist in consultancy or multidisciplinary design environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM Level 2 methodologies.
• Experience delivering architectural packages with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Producing and developing high-quality architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit
• Supporting the delivery of architectural work packages across medium and large multidisciplinary project teams
• Interpreting project briefs and delivering solutions that meet client, project, and regulatory requirements
• Applying BIM Level 2 principles and information management processes
• Assisting with the preparation of specifications, including work using NBS Chorus
• Supporting the delivery of projects within regulated sectors including Nuclear, Defence, Life Sciences, and Power
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver buildable design solutions
• Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and technical compliance

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll take a leading role in the production and delivery of technical architectural information across multiple projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit

• Experience working on projects within highly regulated sectors such as Defence, Nuclear, Power, Life Sciences, or similar environments
