Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary studio in Farringdon, London. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical and construction packages using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment for major high-rise residential schemes.

We require at least 4 years industry experience, CIAT membership or progression, and the ability to lead project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industry experience.
• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation advantageous.
• Able to manage/work alongside a project team.
• Live within a commutable distance of Farringdon, London.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical and construction packages using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment.
• Work closely with internal design teams and external consultants to coordinate architectural and technical design.
• Produce and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules across all project stages.
• Navigate the technical requirements of highly regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Engage in risk assessments, QA reviews, and technical audits tailored to secure infrastructure work.
• Attend site meetings and monitor construction, resolving site queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM workflow and technical delivery across the studio.
• Support and guide junior team members from inception to completion.

We're currently looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their studio in Farringdon, London. This opportunity provides the opportunity of a pivotal role in the delivery of major high-rise residential schemes, with values ranging from £10M to over £200M. Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to long-term, nationally significant developments. These projects push the boundaries of design, precision and compliance. These are challenging yet highly rewarding schemes that require exceptional technical skills and a collaborative approach. Candidates applying should also have either a strong interest or good knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
