Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings and documentation to high standards
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and external consultants
• Leading technical coordination across multiple disciplines
• Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety requirements
• Supporting project delivery at all stages, including site coordination and problem-solving
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to best practice within the technical team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician within an architectural or design-led environment
• A degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Excellent proficiency in Revit
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
