South West Norse in Exeter, Devon, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to lead project teams, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and produce high-quality technical information across RIBA stages.
The role requires CIAT accreditation or progress toward chartership, extensive experience on complex projects—especially educational ones—and advanced Revit skills with 2D drafting and NBS Chorus familiarity.

The Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist will play a key role across all stages of design and project delivery. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and producing high quality technical information, as well as working independently when required. The role also encompasses site inspections and technical support to ensure construction projects are delivered to agreed targets and comply fully with relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
