South West Norse is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to lead project teams and deliver high-quality technical information for education and related sectors. You will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across all RIBA stages and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Advanced Revit skills and 2D drafting are essential, with a track record of leading complex construction projects.

Alongside this, we deliver a diverse range of projects across other commercial sectors for public and private clients offering a varied, stimulating, and rewarding workload. The Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist will play a key role across all stages of design and project delivery. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and producing high quality technical information, as well as working independently when required. The role also encompasses site inspections and technical support to ensure construction projects are delivered to agreed targets and comply fully with relevant policies, standards, and legislation. Main Responsibilities:
