RIBA 1834 Ltd. in London seeks an experienced Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team, delivering heritage, cultural, adaptive reuse and prime residential schemes. You will lead technical delivery, coordinate consultants and drive projects through complex stages.

You will mentor junior staff, manage design development and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a collaborative, award-winning culture. Hybrid work and strong development support are offered.

Qualificações

• ARb registered with 3–7+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong Revit skills and technical delivery experience
• Experience across RIBA Stages 3–6
• UK Building Regulations and construction detailing knowledge
• Experience with historic or listed buildings
• Heritage, conservation or prime residential experience desirable
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver projects across heritage, conservation and high-end private residential sectors
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Manage project running, budgets and timelines
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations from design through construction

Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist

My client, an established and award-winning architectural practice, is looking for experienced Senior Architects and Senior Architectural Technologists to join their London team.

You’ll work on an exceptional portfolio of heritage, cultural, adaptive reuse and high-end private residential projects, ranging from one-off luxury homes to major £100m+ projects involving some of the UK’s most significant existing buildings.

What They’re Looking For

• Senior Architects: ARB registered with ideally 3–7+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Senior Technologists: ideally 10+ years’ industry experience
• Strong Revit skills and technical delivery experience
• Experience across RIBA Stages 3–6
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, detailing and construction
• Experience with existing, historic or listed buildings
• Cultural, conservation, adaptive reuse or prime residential experience highly desirable
• Confident coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project running, communication and leadership skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members advantageous
