Job summary

Locri Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead luxury residential and refurbishment projects in London. The role combines design leadership with technical delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to realise high-end schemes.

You will manage design development, oversee BIM coordination (Revit, AutoCAD, NBS), and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations while guiding project teams through delivery and site oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience as a UK-registered Architect.
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical and design capabilities.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Architect to join its London team.

The practice delivers high-quality residential, hospitality and heritage projects, combining strong design with technical expertise and a sensitive approach to existing and historic buildings.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to take responsibility for the delivery of luxury residential projects, including refurbishment and heritage-led schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Develop design and technical information through to delivery

About You
