Job summary

HAUS Careers in London seeks a Senior Architect to join its award-winning practice, delivering significant cultural projects across central London. This hands-on leadership role covers RIBA Stages 2–6, blending contemporary design with heritage and conservation.

You will lead teams, manage delivery, coordinate clients and consultants, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high design and technical standards.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ post-qualification experience.
• ARB registered and RIBA/RICS qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience across RIBA Stages 2–6.
• Experience leading major or complex projects.
• Strong technical design, detailing and project-running skills.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning.
• Experience with existing or historic buildings.
• Conservation experience or a strong interest in heritage is desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong client and team skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.

Senior Architect – Cultural & Heritage | London

An established, award-winning architectural practice is looking for a Senior Architect to join its London team, working on significant cultural projects across central London.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working across RIBA Stages 2–6 and combining contemporary design with heritage and conservation. You’ll lead teams, manage project workstreams and work closely with clients, consultants and senior leadership.
