Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an award-winning international design practice in London. The role offers the chance to work on diverse portfolios including commercial, workplace, hospitality, and large-scale schemes in a design-led, collaborative environment.

Senior/Associate level candidates will lead projects and teams, oversee client relationships, and manage programme, scope, and technical delivery across multiple RIBA stages in a hybrid working setting.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualified or equivalent (essential).
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, masterplanning schemes.
• Strong architectural design and technical skills across RIBA stages.
• Proficient in coordinating architectural packages with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, regulations and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams for senior/associate levels.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery timelines.

Recently Qualified | Intermediate | Senior / Associate- AJ100 Studio

My client, an award-winning international design practice, is looking for talented Architects across multiple levels to join their established London studio.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, workplace, hospitality, new-build and large-scale schemes within a highly design-led and collaborative environment.

What They’re Looking For

• ARB / RIBA Part 3 qualified or equivalent

• Experience working on large scale commercial, residential, healthcare, masterplanning

• Strong architectural design and technical skills

• Experience working across multiple RIBA stages

• Strong Revit skills

• Experience coordinating architectural packages and multidisciplinary consultant teams

• Good knowledge of building systems, regulations and construction

• Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills

• Confident working with clients and wider project stakeholders

• Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape/V-Ray advantageous

• Genuine interest in sustainable and innovative design

At Senior/Associate level, you should also bring experience leading projects and teams, managing client relationships and overseeing programme, scope and technical delivery.
