Qualifications

• 5+ years post-Part 3 experience as a UK-registered Architect.
• Strong technical and design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Good understanding of BIM and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction.
• Experience with historic/listed buildings desirable.
• Strong consultant and contractor coordination experience.
• Excellent site and delivery experience.
• Commercially aware and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

About the Role
