Overview

Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist position in Cambridge for a practice with decades of expertise in the care and development of historic buildings. They provide a start-to-finish architectural service that integrates funding and planning advice, consultancy, building surveying, conservation and contemporary architecture. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to prestigious and potentially career-defining projects, working on iconic historic buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design leadership within a project team
  • Demonstrate excellent technical and detailing skills for RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Maintain strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Experience working on a broad range of project sizes and values
  • Be a proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software
  • Be well organised with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Contribute to the practice-wide Technical Leadership Group
