There is real scope to grow with the practice and become involved in wider studio operations over time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Deliver high-quality residential and housing schemes in line with UK regulations
  • Balance design thinking and technical delivery, depending on project needs
  • Work closely with directors and senior team members in a collaborative setting
  • Support sustainable, retrofit, and heritage-led approaches where applicable
  • Contribute ideas, initiative, and leadership within a small studio environment

  • Candidates must be comfortable using Archicad day-to-day
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
