Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Banking Manager to lead AP, Purchase to Pay and banking functions. The role is based at the Group Office in Lupton with hybrid work (3 days in office) and occasional travel across the Group.

You will oversee invoice processing, approvals, payments, cash management, and reporting. The role requires strong ERP, Excel, and data-driven decision making, plus the ability to drive process improvements and manage a team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Accounts Payable and Purchase to Pay processes.
• Experience leading or managing finance teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation initiatives.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage cash, reconciliations and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Purchase to Pay processes.
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals and timely payments.
• Manage cash and banking activities including reconciliations.
• Implement process improvements and automation across finance functions.
• Monitor KPIs and support month-end site level reviews.
