Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. You will monitor workflow reports, drive improvements, and maintain strong internal controls in collaboration with Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing an Accounts Payable function essential.
• Highly motivated and well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Accurate, diligent and able to work under pressure.
• Team player who can adapt to changing priorities.
• Must have good computer skills and learn new systems quickly.
• Experience using SAP is required; SAP S4/Hana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable team to ensure invoices, credit card and personal expenses are processed promptly.
• Oversee payments generated by the AP team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Regularly review pending workflow invoice reports to ensure SLA timelines are met.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to systems and procedures.
• Establish a robust internal control environment in collaboration with Internal Audit.
• Monitor for any breakdowns in internal control and update AP procedure notes.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
