Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience within Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and ledger management.
• Knowledge of CIS is an advantage.
• Confident using ERP systems, financial ledgers, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable team.
• Champion accuracy, compliance, and financial risk control.
• Ensure timely processing of high-volume invoices and month-end close.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee CIS compliance and monthly HMRC submissions.
• Coach, develop, and empower your team — helping them achieve their best.
• Drive improvements, implement smarter processes, and delegation.
