Job summary

Fidenda is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end client engagements, owning the technical solution and advising senior stakeholders. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to sales processes, and drive delivery excellence across engagements.

You will work with Fidenda’s client base across industries, applying your Anaplan expertise to design and deliver scalable solutions while shaping delivery practices and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions for clients.
• Deep expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales with ability to challenge clients.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with commercial awareness.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification, or significant delivery experience with clear path to certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements from design to delivery.
• Act as the technical escalation point, managing progress, risks and scope.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to define recommendations.
• Advise clients on when to apply technical vs. process or people-change solutions.
