Job summary

Fidenda is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, owning end-to-end technical solutions from design through adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and shape delivery excellence while mentoring junior team members.

You will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, leading workshops, and guiding technical strategy across Anaplan areas. Flexible remote-first work with Kings Cross office access is offered.

Qualifications

Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions for clients.
Deep domain expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain or Sales.
Experience mentoring juniors and leading teams to high-quality outcomes.
Anaplan Solution Architect certification or strong delivery track record.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements, from design to delivery and adoption.
Manage project progress, risks and scope to protect commercial interests.
Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and define clear recommendations.
Advise clients on when to apply technical vs. process or people-change solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Anaplan and partners.
Coach and develop junior consultants and foster a collaborative culture.
Identify client extension opportunities and contribute to the sales process.
Contribute to capability-building and external visibility through industry activities.
