Job summary

Fidenda in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead client engagements and shape delivery excellence across engagements. You will own end-to-end technical solutions, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to the sales process by scoping and proposing solutions.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement of ways of working, with a bias for practical, value-driven outcomes and delivery success.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions for clients.
• Deep domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution on client engagements — from design to delivery.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and define clear recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability-building.
• Support sales process with demos, scoping, and proposals.
• Build relationships across Fidenda, Anaplan, and partners.
