Job summary

Fidenda in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to own end-to-end Anaplan solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and shaping delivery excellence and business growth. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to the sales process, and drive continuous improvement of ways of working.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions
• Deep expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales domains
• Strong senior stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or clear delivery path
• Experience mentoring junior consultants

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements from design to delivery and adoption
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to define recommendations
• Manage client relationships and communicate challenging messages diplomatically
• Advise on technical strategy across Anaplan areas (FCR, Forecaster, Optimizer, Workflow, ADO, CloudWorks)
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a collaborative culture
• Identify opportunities and contribute to sales through demos and scoping
