Job summary

Fidenda is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and shaping delivery excellence. You will mentor juniors, contribute to sales through demos and scoping, and help drive continuous improvement of our ways of working.

You will lead workshops with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and advise on Anaplan strategy across multiple areas.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience with ownership of complex technical solutions.
• Deep expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with commercial awareness.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or delivery experience with path to certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements—from design to delivery.
• Manage progress, risks and scope to protect Fidenda’s commercial interests.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to define recommendations.
• Advise clients on technical strategy across Anaplan areas (FCR, Forecaster, etc.).
• Coach junior consultants and promote high-quality delivery.
• Identify client extension opportunities and contribute to the sales process.
• Build external credibility through industry events and marketing activities.
