Job summary

Fidenda is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, own the end-to-end technical solution, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to the sales process, and help drive delivery excellence and business growth.

You will take ownership of complex Anaplan projects, lead workshops, manage risks and scope, and build strong relationships across Anaplan and partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Deep expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with commercial awareness.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or delivery experience with a clear path to certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements from design to delivery and adoption.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and define clear recommendations.
• Manage client relationships at all levels and communicate challenging messages diplomatically.
• Architect and deliver Anaplan solutions integrating with enterprise systems.
• Coach and develop junior consultants while contributing to sales demos, scoping and proposals.
