Job summary

Fidenda is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, owning end-to-end solutions from design through delivery and adoption. You will mentor junior team members and shape delivery excellence, while actively contributing to sales and growth.

Ideal candidates bring proven consulting experience, deep domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales, and Anaplan certification or equivalent delivery track.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting background delivering complex technical solutions to clients.
• Strong capability to challenge clients with domain knowledge.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or clear delivery path to certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements from design to delivery and adoption.
• Supervise progress, risks, and scope to protect Fidenda’s commercial interests.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and provide clear recommendations.
• Identify when to propose technical versus process solutions for clients.
