Job summary

Howden is seeking a proactive analytics professional to join its Strategic Data & Analytics team in the UK. You will own live analytical products, triage user requests, and guide backlog and governance in Azure DevOps, collaborating with consultants and client directors.

The role offers flexible location (home or office) and broad exposure to Python, Shiny, Quarto and deployment tooling. This is not a software engineering or IT role; it’s a business-facing analytics position designed to scale

Responsibilities

• Directly collaborate with consultants and client directors; support live analytical products and triage requests and changes.
• Own the team's delivery process: backlog management in Azure DevOps, change and release discipline, governance and approval.
• Maintain documentation, records and evidence for governance, reporting and assurance obligations.
• Contribute to building reusable components, libraries and templates for the team.
• Contribute to the development of the team's internal delivery and deployment platform.
