Job summary

Howden Employee Benefits is seeking a Strategic Data & Analytics professional to own end-to-end delivery of analytical products. You will lead reusable components, libraries, and templates to serve the whole business, working closely with consultants, client directors, and project teams.

You will contribute without AI coding agents, collaborating across distributed teams via Teams, and focusing on transforming questions into decisions with data, visualization, and disciplined development

Qualifications

• Experience turning broad commercial questions into defined, decidable problems.
• Ability to build analytical products end-to-end and hand them off for production use.
• Strong practical experience with Python-based analytics stacks and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Turn broad commercial questions into defined, decidable problems and translate answers into repeatable products.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytical products from initial discussion to production.
• Lead development of reusable components, libraries, and templates for the team.
• Ensure solutions are configurable and maintainable by others beyond the project.
• Work within and help shape the firm's development lifecycle and governance.
