Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst to help build a best-in-class measurement function. This role sits between Marketing, Product and Data to ensure our marketing decisions are driven by accurate, trusted data.

You will write SQL across campaigns, validate data with BigQuery and GA4, build dashboards, support experimentation, and generate insights that improve CAC, retention and LTV. Hybrid London-based role with a focus on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing marketing or digital product data.
• Knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Comfortable working with large unstructured datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce reporting across paid marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Validate marketing data across BigQuery, advertising platforms and internal systems.
• Write SQL queries to investigate marketing performance and customer behaviour.
• Validate events across Segment, GA4 and advertising pixels.
• Support testing of new tracking implementations.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
