You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Product, Fulfilment, Digital and Technology to shape high-quality briefs, manage delivery, and raise analytical standards. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, Tableau/Adobe Analytics, and SQL skills are essential for rapid, self-serve reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and numerical capability with strong commercial judgement.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and connect analysis to outcomes.
• Strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint, plus BI tools to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer commercial performance reporting for timely visibility to delivery against plan.
• Translate complex data into decision-grade insights and recommended actions.
• Set the bar for data accuracy and governance, with a clear performance narrative.
• Influence stakeholders with clear opportunities and proposals.
• Lead evolution of insight and reporting to improve automation and usability.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Product, Fulfilment, Digital and Technology.
• Lead delivery through to impact and coach junior analysts.
