Job summary

Sky is seeking an Analytics Lead for the Advanced Analytics team within Consumer Strategy. You will lead a team of analysts to drive commercial impact by shaping analytics roadmaps and partnering with senior stakeholders to turn data into strategic decisions.

You will own the analytics roadmap, guide technical direction, and build strong relationships with directors, delivering measurable business value through advanced techniques and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success influencing commercial and strategic decisions through advanced analytics in a complex, fast paced organisation.
Strong commercial acumen, ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into actions.
Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions at Director level.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the Advanced Analytics roadmap for your business area, prioritising resources to maximise value.
Lead a high performing analytics team, setting standards for analytical excellence and development.
Set the technical direction for the team and oversee a portfolio of complex analytics initiatives.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide commercially focused insights.
Collaborate to strengthen analytical capability and unlock value through data.
