New Look is seeking an Analytics Lead to champion data clarity and empower the business with enriched data models. You will mentor a team of analytics professionals and collaborate across Marketing and BMD to drive data-driven decisions that shape product strategy and investments.

You will design and measure impact of data science projects, explore new data opportunities, and stay current with analytics best practices in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analysts
• Proven experience in leading analytics projects from conception to implementation, with strong project planning
• Strong understanding of analytical modelling techniques (e.g., random forest, k-means, linear regression)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
